Although we hope you are satisfied with your purchase, please note that we do not facilitate returns or exchanges under any circumstances. If you discover any defects in the product’s quality or craftsmanship, kindly contact us within 7 days of delivery. Upon submitting a query, our Quality Department will promptly investigate the matter and respond to you. 

Customers must return faulty items in their original condition. For exchanges, clients must provide an invoice or email confirmation issued by the company. Any modifications to the order can be accommodated within 48 hours. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours, with refunds issued as store credit only. Alteration requests are only accepted within a week of receiving the outfit . Orders are not eligible for exchange, refund, or chargeback. Sale and ready-to-ship articles are also not eligible for exchange or return.
Web orders can only be exchanged or returned through the Eram Syed online store. There is no return or exchange policy based on customer preferences. The company is not responsible for bleeding, damage to prints, or color fading due to washing. The company provides embroideries as specified in the inlays; anything else used in stitching is for promotional purposes only.

Customers are informed that, according to the terms and conditions of Cash on Delivery (COD), the courier company does not permit opening the package before payment. The company does not offer a refund or money-back guarantee on purchased items. We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons such as out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or declined credit card payments. If customs duties apply during delivery, the customer is responsible for the full payment.
